A Strong Start to 2026
Science, Stability, and Setting the Record Straight
2025 was a year to remember, and we at Fidelity are proud as we acknowledge the stability we have found and the community we have grown through the strength of our Laboratory Leadership and the entire FiDi Staff. In our stability, we are excited to launch our quarterly blog, the Fidelity Report, an opportunity for a deeper dive with you.

New Year, New Standards:What We’ve Learned About Montana Cannabis Testing
In a legislative off-year, we are steadfast in supporting scientific research in all government movements. You can count on us to represent one side and one side only, the side of science, not speculation. We are participating in EAIC Meetings as scheduled, and most recently we have been in discussions regarding R&D potency testing, as well as, batch sizing. While there are no distinct updates for you to be aware of, know we will keep you as updated as possible throughout the year!

Built for Redundancy
Industry chatter about “labs going down” isn’t new—but it often ignores the infrastructure required to keep a statewide testing operation running.
Fidelity stays operational because we invest in:

Multiple instruments across every testing platform

Backup operational systems that keep samples moving

Expert support service engineers onsite 10+ times in the last six months to install, maintain, and calibrate equipment
These layers of redundancy are working towards maintaining no downtime, no stalled workflows, and no surprises for your business.
Why We Don’t Play the
Price-War Game
Deep discounts may sound good — but they lead to:
– Cut corners
– Poor science
– Lab closures leading to strains throughout the entire industry
Our pricing sustains the equipment, staffing, and quality required to keep Montana’s testing ecosystem stable.

What This Means For You in Q1
Our ongoing investments directly support:
Clear expectations

Faster, more reliable turnaround times

Consistent communication about anything that may impact your results

Celebrating a 10-Day Turnaround Time
We’re excited to share that we’re consistently hitting a 10-business-day turnaround once samples are verified—an important milestone built on months of expansion, upgrades, and serious teamwork in a year filled with more surprises than we could have guessed. For cultivators and processors, this means more predictability, less downtime, and clearer planning for harvests, launches, and day-to-day operations.
And We’re Not Stopping Here.
Our next target is a 10-day turnaround including pickup, with the ultimate goal of delivering 7–10 business days anywhere in the state. Thank you for your patience as we’ve scaled, strengthened, and streamlined—your trust and communication helped us get here.
FiDi Family Highlights

Did you know that every two months, a FiDi team member chooses a nonprofit to receive a $500 donation?
This employee-led tradition has been part of our culture since 2021, reinforcing our commitment to giving back in ways that reflect the passions and values of our team. Over that time, we’ve donated a total of $15,000 to incredible organizations across Montana and beyond.
In December, we supported All Nations Health Center, an organization committed to empowering Native communities through culturally grounded, holistic care. Their interdisciplinary team works to promote sustainable, healthy lives for Native people across the region. If you’d like to help further their mission, you can learn more about their work here.
