How do I schedule a pick up?

Ordering a test is simple and easy. Follow our step-by-step instructions for ordering a test through our Laboratory Information Management System, Confident Cannabis. Instructions can be found here.

What is your normal turnaround time?

Fidelity offers the fastest testing turnaround times in Montana. Test results are usually received within 3 – 4 business days.  If time is of the essence, we also offer a Rush Service on orders for an additional fee. Contact us today to get more information on turn around and logistics.

How do I receive my test results? 

Our laboratory uses Confident Cannabis to report test results to our clients. Directions can be found here. You may opt in for email alert’s from Confident Cannabis with in your user portal.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major forms of payment for your convenience. Cash, Check or Money Order, Credit Card (please call the lab for credit card payments or reference your invoice) and ACH transfer.

What are the sample size requirements? 

By Montana State law, all testing laboratories are required to take a percentage of each batch and sample it for QC testing. The exact size of the sample depends on the batch size, batches can not exceed 5 pounds. Can I still sell my product if it fails a test? 

The Montana CCD strictly prohibits the sale or distribution of failed Quality Assurance tested product.

What constitutes a failed test? 

A failed test can result from a test coming back positive for high amounts of pesticides, residual solvents, foreign matter, yeast, mold, and/or moisture. How much does a test cost?

Our prices depend on the tests ordered. From a fully compliant Quality Assurance test package, to R&D testing, our prices are subject to change according to state mandated protocols. Can I drop off my samples for testing? 

We welcome you to drop off your samples for R&D testing. However, for Montana Compliance Testing, one of our field technicians must come to your facility to sample the product.  Our fleet of qualified field technicians can be scheduled for a free pick-up here.

What are your hours of operation? 
  • Monday through Friday from 9AM – 5PM. 
  • Holiday closures: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving + Black Friday and Christmas Day + the day before or after. 

We will always notify our customers through email, our website, and social media, when we have holiday closures or different holiday hours.

Can I have my product re-tested if it has failed? 

Yes, if your product has failed in a past QA test, you may request to have the failed batch test re-tested within 7 days of receiving a failed test result. A full copy of the Failed Testing Requirement Guidelines can be found here.  We suggest you contact your inspector for further information about your situation.
