Accounts Receivable

Reminder that, unless credit terms have been extended, payment is due prior to results being released. Questions? Please contact Accounts Receivable at 406-926-2211, option 7. 

As of January, all METRC issues must be submitted directly through the licensee’s METRC support portal and any questions must be sent straight to your regional inspector. 

While FiDi uploads your test results, we do not have the ability to change package statuses in METRC. The system may display our name in the sample history when data is uploaded, but any status change is automatically generated by METRC—not by our team. 



Most METRC delays originate within the licensee’s account, not the sample or the lab. Submitting and reviewing your METRC entries promptly helps keep testing on track. If an issue is directly caused by FiDi, we will absolutely take ownership and work with METRC to resolve it.
