As harvest and the busiest sales season approach, planning your harvest schedule, testing timelines, and sample submissions early can help avoid delays. A little preparation today goes a long way tomorrow.

Plan Ahead for Fall

Fidelity’s current turnaround time is 7–10 business days, including pickup. Planning around this current timeline helps ensure products are ready for key sales periods. 

Recommended submission windows: 

  • Halloween: Submit by early October 
  • Thanksgiving & Black Friday: Submit by mid-November 
  • Christmas: Submit by early December 
  • New Year’s: Submit by mid-December
