Effective January 12, 2026, the Cannabis and Alcohol Regulation Division, in collaboration with Metrc, is changing the approach to Metrc support ticket submissions related to testing issues. Going forward, only the licensee that incorrectly submitted Lab Test Batches and/or selected the incorrect test sample package may submit a Metrc support ticket for resolution on its own behalf.
