From Policy to Production: FDL’s October Update
Dear Fidelity Community,
As autumn settles in, we want to take a moment to update you on what’s happening behind the scenes at Fidelity Diagnostics. From growing demand to statewide policy conversations, it’s been a busy few months—and we are proud to continue leading with transparency and science.

Policy & Industry Updates
At Fidelity, our stance is simple: we support science-backed policies that ultimately protect Montana consumers and strengthen the industry. Our involvement in legislative discussions is driven by data, not politics.
And in case you missed it—The Cannabis & Alcohol Control Divisions have officially merged to create the Cannabis and Alcohol Regulation Division, also known as CARD. We’ll keep you updated on any additional news to follow.
Growth by Numbers
In just three months, sample submissions to Fidelity have doubled—a sign of trust we don’t take lightly. To meet demand, this Montana small business has reinvested over $1.5 million in just three months into advanced equipment and infrastructure to support the industry long term.
“ETA” Means What It’s Always Meant
We’re often asked about estimated turnaround times. The key word is estimated. From machine maintenance and sick days to quality control re-runs, multiple factors can shift timelines. Our focus remains on producing accurate, compliant results, you will never receive a rushed guess. As soon as we have a better understanding of your wait time, you will know.

Thank You, Partners
We’re grateful for your continued trust and partnership—and proud to share that failed pesticide tests are down thanks to your diligence and collaboration
Looking Ahead
We’re excited to welcome new labs coming online soon, helping balance capacity statewide. Until then, we’ll keep working around the clock to uphold the highest standards in testing.

Sincerely,
The Fidelity Diagnostics Team
