May/June 2025 Give Back to Montana Innocence Project

“Hello! Thank you so much for the opportunity to donate funds to a nonprofit on behalf of Fidelity Diagnostic Laboratory!

I have known about the Montana Innocence Project organization since its inception (full disclosure a sibling helped found it over a decade ago, based on a national charter).

More importantly, the MT Innocence Project pursues worthwhile causes in seeking justice for those wrongfully convicted or incarcerated. And, I thought it apropos, given the main product tested by the laboratory, and it’s history, legally speaking, and those associated with it historically and “the law” that it would be much more fitting for the organization to donate to the Montana Innocence Project. One never knows turns life can take!

Freedom and justice is important on both on an individual and fundamental level and needs to be protected and promoted! Plus I just read they have a new executive director with deep roots in Montana and an alumni of the UM law school, so I think it would be great to put forth a donation to support the organization, in general and in its new chapter.
